Born in 2011 from the intuition of the well-known designer Imelde Bronzieri and now owned by the Swiss company MM Capital AG, Mimisol has been produced and distributed by Fase Uno srl, based in Putignano in the province of Bari, since 2017. The company led by Francesco Sbiroli and Patrizia Loliva is also directly responsible for the style office, which sees Umberto Consiglio – a designer with a past, among others, at D&G Junior and Young Versace – as manager.
